Planning a project?

If you are contemplating making plans for a new structure, changes to existing structures, fences, paint color/stain changes, hedges, swimming pools, spas, rockeries, concrete, and masonry walls to be constructed within your property, all need to be approved by the Greyhawk ACC before the work can begin.

The ACC stands ready to work with you to help you get your project underway. Remember, you must submit your plans to the ACC 30 days in advance of starting any work.
